Christmas Improv Show

Cheap Date Improv for the Holidays never ceases to amaze! Earlier in the day, Nana, Papa, Judy, and Gary volunteered at the Crossfire Ministries Christmas Gift "Store," and had lunch afterward at the Caspian Cafe. Then it was Cheap Date Improv - the Christmas Show!

Crossfire Ministries
One of Nana's Nativities was augmented with some
angels, camels, and, of course, the palm tree!
The funniest part of the entire Cheap Date Improv night
was Liam and Cole doing a "blind" building of a
gingerbread house!

And guess who got his "permanent"

Fina's Christmas Concert

Best High School Christmas Concert yet! The new music teacher, Dr. Debra Siebert, did a stunning job of selecting the pieces, serious and fun, ordering them, tapping the talents of each group, providing transition music, leading these kids to outstanding performances, and nailing the whole thing by ending with the Hallelujah Chorus including inviting parents and alumni to come up and join in, and the pièce de résistance, having the audience stand while it was sung. Fina sang "Let It Snow" as one of the transition pieces. Bravo all!

And More and More Like Christmas

There's been a steady hum of Christmas activities since Thanksgiving...

The piano room got accent lighting.

Fina's very amazing Advent Calendar!

Reminded us all of Crown Center and the ice rink.

The Dickens Village got put up above the kitchen cupboards.
And got new LED lights, too.

Jamie helped First Company put their float
together for the big Christmas Parade.

St. Nicholas visited Family Dinner tonight.

Look who broke his arm!

Go get 'em, girl!
