It was an odd coincidence indeed... Passover Seder on Good Friday. But that's how our schedules worked out this year. We set the table for 17, but alas, 2 of 4 friends weren't able to make it. The menu included brisket, 7-layer salad, potato kugels, tons of matzos and good butter, Martinelli's and wine, and a chocolate flourless cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. And, of course, the Seder Plate with bitter herbs, etc. A feast indeed! As always, we used Prager's Passover Haggadah with various parts read by everyone taking turns around the table. We're getting reasonably good at this...
