Passover Seder on Good Friday

It was an odd coincidence indeed... Passover Seder on Good Friday. But that's how our schedules worked out this year. We set the table for 17, but alas, 2 of 4 friends weren't able to make it. The menu included brisket, 7-layer salad, potato kugels, tons of matzos and good butter, Martinelli's and wine, and a chocolate flourless cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. And, of course, the Seder Plate with bitter herbs, etc. A feast indeed! As always, we used Prager's Passover Haggadah with various parts read by everyone taking turns around the table. We're getting reasonably good at this...

Flourless chocolate cake...

Sorry for the pi-looking Hebrew hay.
Thank you, Lexi, for the decoration.

Making potato kugels

That's right - it was a snowy day!

Comfortably getting started on Wednesday.
