Dart Wars!

David and Jonathan's 2023 birthday celebration wrapped up today with friends and family at Dart Wars (just down the hill from us). It was a blast!

It was a very quiet Sunday except for Papa, Nana, and Matteo getting out to see The Lion King Jr. at Wasson Academic Campus Auditorium (a new venue for us) produced by Christian Youth Theater Colorado Springs.

Papa, Nana, and Matteo went this afternoon.

And they hit Basil and Barely on the way home!
We don't get here often enough...

Basketball, Focus, and Ezekiel's Wheel

Something of a big Saturday... In the morning, Lexi had her last basketball game of the season. Check out the team pic and her medal photo (further below). While that game was happening, Nana and Papa were over at Focus on the Family volunteering for a conference that Focus was hosting, Resist the Drift (about keeping marriages healthy). Presidents' Day Weekend

Quite the weekend. And a new housemate for Fina - a leopard gecko from Scales 'n' Tails, all from a "let's get fish" comment a day or so earlier. The saltwater fish place, Reefkoi Corals, was very interesting, too, but a bit out of budget (for now). See below for other happenings this weekend...

Presidents' Day!

Valentine's Day

Quite a bit going on today (see all the pics below). It was also Cheap Date Night, the 11th Anniversary of the troupe's first performance on Valentine's Day 11 years ago. And to top it all off, they've already announced a Snow Day tomorrow!
