Pop Concert

This was a really fun and unique concert added to the High School Choir year by the new music teacher. It was something of a let-go-and-have-fun concert. And did they ever let go and have fun!

Notes is a fun food and music place (that replaced Buttermilk). Good day for swimming; and baseball, too. And the firepit gets two new umbrellas.

Bittersweet Pet Day

We "re-homed" Sandy today. She came to us as a puppy about nine years ago and was/is a fabulous dog. Remember her playing Sandy in "Annie"? Nana has a book club friend who has been looking for just exactly such a dog for various quite compelling reasons. And the connection was made. They live down by the Garden of the Gods and any of us are invited to visit any time. You can see she's already quite comfortable with them. Following the dropoff, Lynn and I stopped by Marigold for a little laughing little sad lunch. The Aubry champagne was a great find, and we were reminded of how great the food is there.
