We checked off two more Before-We-Move Bucket List items today:
Cal Poly Canyon and
Splash Cafe. Cal Poly Canyon is a playground of projects by architecture students. And the kids love it. The walk back out was mighty entertaining as well: reciting poems by American poets and portions of the Declaration of Independence and the preamble to the Constitution (it's a
SLOCA family), singing the national anthem, and busting out some Hamilton songs and other musical theatre titles. All the pics are

Yep - the adventure was great! Best part (after it just being fun to be out hiking) was hearing the family singing the National Anthem and Hamilton songs as we hiked home.
